全一卷。唐代道宣撰。又作释氏略谱、释迦氏略谱。收于大正藏第五十册。内容分所依贤劫、氏族根源、所托方土、法王化相、圣凡后胤等五科。系据大小乘三藏，叙述释迦出世之时间、释迦族谱之传说、释迦创教之地域、传教经过及圆寂后佛教之兴废等。大意虽同南朝梁代僧祐所作之释迦谱，而简略其文，结构整然，使后进者易得其门而入。唯引用之经文多阙题名，出典之检索不便。
