全一卷。姚秦鸠摩罗什译。又作十诵比丘波罗提木叉戒、十诵波罗提木叉戒本、十诵比丘戒本。收于大正藏第二十三册。为萨婆多部所传之比丘戒本。内容系随布萨说戒之仪例，列有四波罗夷法、十三僧伽婆尸沙法、二不定法、三十尼萨耆波夜提法、九十波夜提法、四波罗提提舍尼法、百十三众学法与七灭诤法，共二百六十三戒，卷末并载有过去七佛之略戒、流通偈。与广律之十诵律相比，其数目及顺序稍异。敦煌出土之藏卷中，有此戒本之古写本一卷，系西凉建初元年（405）所书写者，今藏于大英博物馆。法国学者伯希和（Paul, Pelliot）另于库车发现此戒本之梵文本，其后遂有梵本与罗什译本之比较翻译校订本之出版。
