佛教传记。唐佚名撰。一卷。记述了备受唐代宗、德宗、顺宗三朝皇帝尊崇的惠果法师的生平事迹。惠果事迹不见于《宋高僧传》,唐海云的《两部大法相承师资付法记》亦仅记惠果事迹片段,故《行状》成为记述惠果生平的惟一材料。全文约二千字。内容为:(1)记述惠果姓氏、籍地、出家,以及从不空、善无畏弟子玄超等受学的经过;(2)记述代宗大历十年(775),惠果于青龙寺东塔院设置卢遮那灌顶道场,分别为代宗、华阳公主行“加持”法,代宗赐以紫衣,敕为国师等事;(3)记述德宗朝惠果弘教和收授徒众的情况;(4)记述顺宗永贞元年(805)十二月,惠果亡故等情况,年寿缺载。见载于日本《大正藏》。
