全一卷。后秦鸠摩罗什（或谓竺法护）译。又称清净毗奈耶方广经、清净毗尼经、毗尼方广经。收于大正藏第二十四册。本经叙述方广大乘之净戒，以寂调伏音天子与文殊之问答为其架构。就声闻及菩萨律行之不同，提出十七种对比。本经之异本有宋代法海所译之寂调音所问经一卷；西晋竺法护所译文殊师利净律经一卷，又称净律经、净经、文殊净律经等。
