一卷。宋代契嵩撰。书成于嘉祐六年(1061),是一部禅宗传法图录。用“吴缣”绘制而成。此书以图配文,列举了释迦牟尼、西天二十八祖、东土五祖共三十四代祖师的名姓及其事迹。同时附录了竺大力、佛陀跋陀罗等“儒释之贤”十人的材料。书成后与《传法正宗记》一起进呈宋仁宗。收入《碛砂藏》、《洪武南藏》、《龙藏》、《频伽藏》、《大正藏》、《中华大藏经》。
