梵名Buddha -hr!daya-dha^ran!i^ 。全一卷。又称诸佛心经、诸佛心印经、诸佛陀罗尼经。唐代玄奘译。收于大正藏第十九册。内容叙述佛陀为诸菩萨说诸佛心陀罗尼，若至心持诵，得超脱百千劫之生死剧苦，乃至消除一切恶业、惊退一切魔军。另有宋代法天所译之诸佛心印陀罗尼经一卷，为同本异译，然将佛所说分为佛心印陀罗尼与一切诸佛心印陀罗尼二种。
