唐北天竺沙门大广智不空译，现威德品第一，佛住三十三天，与四万比丘，八万四千菩萨，及天释梵魔八部众俱。说真言曰，南莫三漫多勃驮南，（引一）步林吽。（二合二）。印契品第二，曼荼罗仪轨品第三，先行品第四，成就频那夜迦品第五，说法品第六，金刚手菩萨之弟，名寂静慧，以偈赞佛。并问几法成就？佛以偈答。调伏一切障频那夜迦天王品第七，最胜成就品第八，菩萨藏品第九，后附一字顶轮王念诵仪轨，依忉利天宫所说经译。
