佛典注疏。作者不详。一卷。敦煌遗书藏本。存斯1313号,首尾齐全。原卷无标题,现题系据内容所拟。本文是对昙旷撰《大乘百法明门论开宗义记》序言的疏释。文中有“辛酉年十二月十二日了竟”题记一行,文末又有“十四日毕。十四日说竟。辛酉年十二月十三日了。从序内已至题目二□”等。研究者或谓辛酉年即建中二年(781)。证之北昆6号背书“大乘百法明门论随听手记”之题,则两号应为同一性质的笔记,且敦煌遗书之尚未整理的《百法明门论疏》中,必有同一著作之残卷,详情待考。本文未为中国历代大藏经所收。敦煌出土后,被收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
