亦称《大乘百法明门论钞》。佛典注疏。唐昙旷撰。一卷。敦煌遗书藏本。现知有伯2077号等多号。本书是对《大乘百法明门论记》的论释,主要阐述其中难点及未尽义理。可视为《大乘百法明门论开宗义记》的姊妹篇。书前有昙旷自序,撰于大历九年(774)六月初一日,详述本人经历和著述情况等。本书未为中国历代大藏经所收。敦煌出土后,被收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
