全一卷。唐代玄奘（602～664）译。又称咒五首、能灭众罪千转陀罗尼经。收于大正藏第二十册。内容仅列出五项咒文，即：(一)能灭众罪千转陀罗尼咒，(二)六字咒（文殊之六字真言），(三)七俱胝佛咒，(四)一切如来随心咒，(五)观自在菩萨随心咒等。本经与智通所译之干转陀罗尼观世音菩萨咒经为同本异译，该经谓，诵此陀罗尼能灭除四重禁、五逆罪等。
