(一)凡三卷。唐代元康撰。收于大正藏第四十五册。成书年代仅次于慧达之肇论疏。于众多肇论之注疏中，以解释忠实于本文而受重视。本书首先详细解释慧达所作之序，继之顺次阐释本文，内容为：卷上有宗本义、物不迁论、不真空论；卷中有般若无知论、隐士刘遗民书问、答刘隐士书；卷下有涅槃无名论、表上秦王姚兴。宋代遵式之注肇论疏及晓月之夹科肇论序等，引用本书之处甚多。开元二十三年（735），扬州白塔寺玄湜曾将本书重新勘校。
