佛典注疏。元文才撰。三卷。是对《肇论》的疏释。据作者自称,此书是在“云庵达禅师”之疏及唐“光瑶法师”和宋“净源法师”二家注记的基础上,并采摭华严宗“诸先贤之说”撰集而成。先释论名、撰者,后依《宗本义》、《物不迁论》、《不真空论》、《般若无知论》、《涅槃无名论》的顺序,逐段进行疏解。见载于《永乐北藏》、《嘉兴藏》、《龙藏》、《频伽藏》及日本《卐字续藏》、《大正藏》。
