梵名Maha^ -praja^pati^-bhiks!un!i^-su^tra 。凡二卷。译于北凉，译者不详。今收于大正藏第二十四册。又作大爱道受戒经、大爱道经。内容叙述比丘尼所应受持之戒律。佛于迦维罗卫释氏精庐时，姨母大爱道请求出家、受持佛之法律，佛不许，阿难以姨母对佛有养育之恩，多次代为恳请，佛遂听许之，为说比丘尼种种戒律。盖大爱道依阿难之斡旋，得出家受八敬、十戒等法，于中阿含卷二十八瞿昙弥经、中本起经卷下瞿昙弥来作比丘尼品、四分律卷四十八、五分律卷二十九等均广说之，本经或即根据此等所说加以敷陈而成。开元释教录将本经编为北凉失译经。
