全一卷。隋代灌顶撰。又称八教大意。收于大正藏第四十六册。本书略述天台教判化仪、化法等八教之大纲。先将化仪四教配于华严等五时而略说之，次叙化法四教之名义、机根、行位、得果，及观行四门与十乘观法，并明五时之通别权实等。明藏收之，另有清顺治十八年（1661）之刊本。高丽谛观删补本书，制述天台四教仪一卷。
