全一卷。宋代遵式（964～1032）撰于大中祥符八年（1015）。又称往生净土忏仪。收于大正藏第四十七册。本书依据大无量寿经、称赞净土经等诸经，揭示十种行法：严净道场、方便法（入道场之方便法）、正修意、烧香散花、礼请法、赞叹法、礼佛法、忏愿法、旋绕诵法、坐禅法等。净土信仰流行民间后，依据本书礼拜之忏法亦广为流行，即今所谓之‘净土忏’。
