凡一卷。隋代智顗撰。又作五方便门，尾题作五方便念佛观门。收于大正藏第四十七册。内容系阐说念佛五门及其入方便之次第等。初说行者念佛时从浅入深之次第，即凝心禅、制心禅、体真禅、方便随缘禅、息二边分别禅；次叙圆观无浅深之浅深念佛五门之来意及入方便之次第；更举大宝积经卷一一六之一行三昧，及卷八十九之画像观礼文；终乃就化法四教而说行者之念佛。
