凡二卷。北宋四明知礼（959～1028）撰。收于大正藏第四十六册。乃注释湛然之十不二门，为后世天台正统教义之重要典籍。唐代湛然曾着玄义释签，解释法华玄义之本门十妙与迹门十妙。另又刊行‘十不二门’，以阐释迹门十妙之‘解’、本门十妙之‘行’，两者同等重要，不可独偏。此外，另有山外派之注释书。四明知礼撰写指要钞即在批判山外派之解说，而强调十不二门之重要性。书中宣扬天台性具之说，尤主张观法之对境不仅有真心，且有妄心。
