全一卷。宋代智广、慧真编集。收于大正藏第四十六册。本书收集金刚幢所译诸经之神验秘咒，包括观自在菩萨六字大明心咒、阿弥陀佛根本咒、大佛顶白伞盖心咒等，共三十三首（一说二十九首）。所列举之陀罗尼多被认为具有往生成佛之功用。旨在倡导如法念诵其中任一陀罗尼，皆能往生净土之思想。与‘显密圆通成佛心要集’一书相类似，此二书乃了解五台山华严密教之必读书籍。
