凡四卷。唐代慧沼撰。略称慧日论。收于大正藏第四十五册。即依法相唯识之宗旨，阐明一乘三乘、种性、佛性等实义，破斥玄奘门人法宝所立之‘一乘佛性究竟论’，而总立三大章。初叙造论之旨趣，次略述三章。第一为爰真破执章，开破定时因、破定教时等七门；第二为引鉴除谬章，开标彰五性谬、种性不同谬等十一门；第三为依文显正章，开明佛性不同、有无差别等七门。
