全一卷。唐代不空译。又作仁王护国般若波罗蜜多经陀罗尼念诵仪轨、仁王护国般若仪轨、仁王念诵仪轨。收于大正藏第十九册。解释仁王护国般若波罗蜜多经卷下奉持品之文句，并说明仁王经法曼荼罗建立之仪则及修法次第。分五科，即：(一)明五菩萨现威德，(二)建立曼荼罗轨仪，(三)入道场仪轨，(四)释陀罗尼文字观行法，(五)陀罗尼观想布字轮。在缩刷大藏经中，本仪轨分为二卷。又不空所译仁王般若念诵法系整理本仪轨第三入道场仪轨以下而成一卷，其文稍异，亦收于大正藏第十九册。
