一卷。唐·一行撰。收在《大正藏》第二十一册。为密教杂密仪轨中之星宿法。全书所载系从昴星到文星等三十星宿之图像及其祭法。所谓三十星宿，系于寻常所知的二十八宿之上，添加文星、辰星等二星宿而成。二十八宿（或三十宿）皆为七曜所属。依据古人相传，二十八宿掌辖行病鬼王，凡人若生病时，先推知发病之日由二十八宿中之何宿所当值，则祭其宿值之星曜，祈请其收禁病鬼，则可求病体痊愈云云。相传此法为唐代高力士家传之法。
