一卷，唐菩提流志译。佛在摩伽陀国逢暴风雨，说制伏为风雨害之恶龙之坛法神咒，终则大身檗噜荼王自座起，复说降伏恶龙之神咒。名曰金刚觜光焰睒电真言，檗噜荼为金翅鸟，故名金刚觜。
