凡三卷。隋朝吉藏撰。收于卍续藏第九十七册。乃详述三论教义中之枢要二谛义，总分大意、释名、相即义、物体、绝名、摄法、同异等七科。日本元禄十年（1697）仙台龙宝寺之实养，开一名刹之宝藏，得上、下二卷，校订刊行。宝永七年（1710），复有慧旭寂公依古本校订讹误，增补中卷之全文及上卷中二十余纸之脱文，而得三卷之全，校刊行世。
