凡三卷。隋代智顗撰。收于大正藏第四十六册。略称法界次第。乃智顗为天台之初学者阐述毗昙等之教义及诸法之名目，并兼明诸教之浅深次第以作为习学三观者之阶梯。自初门名色以下至三念处，共计六十门。又卷首之自序列举著作本书之三意（大四六·六六四中）：‘一为读经寻论随见法门脱有迷于名数者，二为未解圣教所制法门浅深之次第，三为学三观之者。’
