全一卷。又作习定论。印度大乘宗经论部。无著菩萨颂，世亲菩萨释，唐代义净译。收于大正藏第三十一册。据开元释教录卷九载，本论于武后长安三年（703）十月在西明寺译出，系简要叙述当代瑜伽系禅观之内容，明以六门修习禅定，而得世出世之果。
