全一卷。陈·真谛译。收于大正藏第三十一册。内容初解十八空之义，又阐释此十八空摄于十六空、十四空之法义，次释七种真如，详说十胜智真实之义。本论实乃释天亲之中边分别论中相品及真实品部分之作，因此古人视为龙树之着，显系错误，然原著者为何人迄今亦未可知。其内容除包含中边分别论外，其余部分亦颇重要，在唯识学发展史上值得注意。
