全一卷。弥勒菩萨造，唐代玄奘译。今收于大正藏第三十一册。此论乃弥勒菩萨述说佛对出爱王说王者之正道正理，故称王法正理论。内容引世尊说帝王之九种过失、九种功德、五种衰损门、五种方便门、五种可爱法、五种能引可爱法，并说三士区别、四种补特伽罗、三种受欲补特伽罗、三圆满、四语、三种受欲、三种贪染等。与不空所译王法正论经同本，皆为瑜伽师地论卷六十一之别译。
