梵名Karmasiddhi -prakaran!a 。世亲着，唐代玄奘译。今收于大正藏第三十一册。异译本有毗目智仙所译之业成就论。系有关身口意三业之论书。全书站在大乘唯识思想之立场，以批判部派佛教诸派之学说。为‘唯识说’之重要论书，而与‘唯识二十论’同为世亲批判其他部派学说之重要文献。内容以有部、正量部为批评之对象，并论及业之体性，破斥有部之形色说、正量部之动色说、日出论者之非显非行说等以心外之物为实体存在之说法，并采用经量部之种子说，以破除有部之三世实有论、正量部之不失法、增长法等。
