凡四卷。世亲（梵Vasubandhu ，四世纪）着，陈·真谛译。收于大正藏第三十一册。本论详释究竟一乘宝性论中第五至第七等三品，阐明一切众生悉有佛性之义。内容由缘起分、破执分、显体分、辨相分等四分十六品组成，详论佛性之体相，以明一切众生本具之佛性，认为佛性有三种：(一)凡夫生来本具之佛性（住自性性），(二)经过修行显现之佛性（引出性），(三)达到佛果所具之佛性（至得性）。并论破小乘、外道与大乘偏见者之否认悉有佛性说。
