简称《律钞资持记》、《资持记》。律学著述。宋元照撰。三卷(或十六卷)。系唐道宣《四分律删繁补阙行事钞》的注释书。据元照自序称,《四分律》译传东土,“虽九代相承,而六师异辙”,故在随文注释之前,略标五例:“一曰定宗、二谓辨教、三叙引用、四明破立、五示缺疑”,以明本书宗旨。本书注释详尽,以法华开显圆意,为《四分律》学者所共推重。现存宋刻本,并见载于日本《续藏经》及《大正藏》。
