全一卷。唐代法藏撰。今收于大正藏第四十四册。系就真谛所译之大乘起信论中选择要目解释而成。计分三十五章。另据湛睿之起信论义记教理抄卷十五、顺高之听集记卷十三本、凤潭之起信论幻虎录卷四等所载，本书并非法藏所作，而系他人伪造者。本书之末注有顺高之听集记四卷、宗性之要文抄一卷。
