凡四卷。隋代慧远撰。收于大正藏第四十四册。又称起信论义疏、起信论疏、净影疏。为大乘起信论三大疏之一。解释真谛所译之大乘起信论而成。于文前，先分判声闻、菩萨二藏，与修多罗、毗尼、毗昙三藏，而将起信论摄属二藏中之菩萨藏，与三藏中之阿毗昙藏，其次阐述起信论以八识之理为体，而以行法为宗。其后，解释起信论之题号及撰号等。其下，则为起信论之逐文解释。本书文义浅陋，差谬处颇多，或疑非慧远所作。
