《因明正理门论述记》，简称《理门论述记》。佛典注疏。唐神泰撰。一卷(未完)。是古印度陈那著、唐玄奘译《因明正理门论》的注释书。初释题名及造论者，后释论文，分三部分：序述发起分、辨释正宗分和所为契真分，并逐句详释。本书是《因明正理门论》注释书中惟一见存者，但文欠完整。见载于日本《大正藏》及《卐字续藏》。
