凡六卷。隋朝吉藏撰。收于大正藏第四十二册。龙树所著十二门论之注释书。本疏初设六科释僧睿之十二门论序，六科为：标大宗、释题目、叙造论之意、赞论之功能、赞论之利益、作者谦让。次立玄谈五门，即：释名门、次第门、根本门、有无门、同异门，再分三章释本文。本疏与唐朝法藏之十二门论宗致义记共为十二门论注疏之双璧。本书之注释书有闻思记一卷及翼赞钞序一卷。
