汉传因明著作，唐慧沼著。该著是对商羯罗主《因明入正理论》要义诠释的汇集，对《因明入正理论》解题目在《大疏》五解的第三解下更助二解。对“能破定非似立、似破”、“本欲成法依有法，不欲成有法依法”、“显因同品”等作了专门的阐释。现存于日本《续藏经》第一辑第八十六套第五册，商务印书馆1923年影印出版。
