凡三卷，或作二卷、四卷。新罗太贤集。又称梵网古迹记、梵网经古迹。收于大正藏第四十册。系梵网经之注释，分别为时处、机根、藏摄、翻译、宗趣、题名、本文等七门。注释书有文集十卷（睿尊）、纲义十卷（清算）、补妄钞十卷（定泉）等。本书系参照智顗、法藏、义寂等诸疏，而别立一家之见。对净土之依用智顗菩萨戒义疏而言，本书自昔即为律、真言、法相等宗所重。
