梵Catuh!satya -nirdes/a 。凡四卷，婆薮跋摩（梵Vasuvarman ）造。陈·真谛（499～569）译。收于大正藏第三十二册。如书名所示，本论系阐释苦集灭道四圣谛之作。全书共分六品：思择品、略说品、分别苦谛品、思量集谛品、分别灭谛品、分别道谛品。前二品说明四谛之总体，后四品为个别之细释。又据历代三宝纪卷十载，真谛三藏尚撰有四谛论疏三卷。
