全一卷。印度陈那撰，唐代义净译。又称正理门论、理门论。收于大正藏第三十二册。乃因明之根本理论书。本书与玄奘所译之‘因明正理门论本’一卷为同本异译。盖陈那当时之外道鼎盛，佛教正道不显，为排斥外道，以振兴佛教，则必须依完整之理论，遂继承古因明学说，更创立能立、能破之新说，以显诸法本真之体义，为印度论理学开一新纪元。本书于唐景云二年（711），在洛阳大荐福寺译经院由义净译出，弟子玄伞、知积等笔受。本书内容与玄奘之译本大致相同。
