凡三卷。隋代吉藏撰。收于大正藏第四十二册。为鸠摩罗什所译‘百论’之注释书。文前详释僧肇之百论序，分为叹论功能、明造论时节、叹造论之人、陈外道兴世、释论题目、述注论婆薮、叙论大宗、明翻论罗什、辨檀越姚嵩、定品偈多少等十章；正文上卷为舍罪福品，先立明品偈、释偈义、辨多少、释相生、释品名、简舍破等六科，其次辨明梵本与译本之偈数、偈之种类、各品长短不同、各品次第相生等问题，并阐明舍与破之别；中卷有五品︰破神品、破一品、破异品、破情品、破尘品；下卷有四品︰破因中有果品、破因中无果品、破常品、破空品等。百论系以破外道之邪执为主，故本疏有关外道之记述颇多，又援引有关诸说，其研究价值颇高。
