凡三卷。又作辩中边论疏、辨中边论述记。唐代窥基着。收于大正藏第四十四册。本书为玄奘译之辩中边论现存唯一注释书。辩中边论另一译本为真谛译之中边分别论，其注释书有新罗元晓之中边分别论疏四卷（仅存卷三），元晓之疏与本书同为研究辩中边论或中边分别论不可或缺之资料。窥基著作此书时，曾对照三种梵本，而与真谛译本作严密之比较。
