六卷，龙树菩萨造，自在比丘释，隋达摩笈多译。明般若波罗密为菩提初资粮，布施波罗密为第二资粮，次明持戒、忍辱、精进、禅那、方便、愿、力、及智。次明慈、悲、喜、舍，及五悔胜行，勿于他菩萨起瞋心，勿谤所未解甚深经，善修三解脱门，应勤精进，持戒，习定，修三十七菩提分法，种三十二大人相业，及诸种种菩萨行等。
