全一卷。又作地天仪轨。唐代善无畏译于开元五年至二十三年（ 717～734）。收于大正藏第二十一册。内容叙述礼拜恭敬供养坚牢地天及功德天，并诵其真言，结其根本身印者，能增益寿命，精进勤行，得大辩才、大智慧，及无量福德，并圆满诸事业。又列示其他种种能获得福报之作法。本仪轨虽将坚牢地天与功德天并举，然主要在述说坚牢地天利益人天之事。
