一卷，隋阇那崛多译。说一切善恶之法尽是陀罗尼。佛于灵山妙色聚落，入一切法平等相三昧。诸比丘皆不见佛所在，诸天亦尔。次见在金窟，以神通力，使诸菩萨去地而坐。其大菩萨各入三昧，令众获益。佛腾空微笑放光。文殊请问，佛乃说金刚场陀罗尼法，无一切善不善，有为无为，乃至一切诸法，一切平等同故。欲是陀罗尼，恼是陀罗尼，痴是陀罗尼，乃至天龙八部女相男相地狱等，皆是陀罗尼。又说入无二法门，无明乃至生是陀罗尼。
