全一卷。唐代不空译。略称十二天报恩品。属于密教杂密经十二天法之经轨。收于大正藏第二十一册。经末题名‘十二天仪轨’。十二天系指总摄一切天、龙、鬼、神、星宿、冥官等护持世间之诸尊。本经内容即依十二天之喜怒而述二利二损，行者可随所祈愿之种类而行不同之供养法。此外，大正藏第十八册另收有供养仪式一卷，内容依大日经法摘录供养仪式之要旨，略述二十四法，并图示手印及真言。然译者不详，或谓亦系不空所译。
