梵名Padmacinta^man!idha^ran!i^ -su^tra 。全一卷。唐代宝思惟译于神龙二年（706）。略称如意摩尼陀罗尼经。收于大正藏第二十册。内容叙述根本咒、心咒、随心咒等咒之功能，并列举治疗诸病之法。本经之同本异译或类本经典有：菩提流志译之如意轮陀罗尼经、义净译之观自在菩萨如意心陀罗尼咒经、实叉难陀译之观世音菩萨秘密藏如意轮陀罗尼神咒经。
