全一卷。译者佚名。为密教有关马头观音之仪轨。又称贺耶揭哩婆仪轨。今收于大正藏第二十册。何耶揭唎婆，为梵语Hayagri^vah! 之音译，意译作马首，即指马头观音，为密教八大明王之一。本经内容叙述马头观音之画像法、咒诅法，并宣说疗病、乞食之印明及缚鬼、消除淫、护身之咒。此外，同类经轨尚有： (一)何耶揭唎婆观世音菩萨受法坛，全一卷，译者佚名，收于大正藏第二十册。(二)何耶揭唎婆观世音菩萨法印咒品，全一卷，阿地瞿多所译，收于大正藏第十八册。
