全一卷。北宋法贤译。属密教延命法之经典。略称延寿经。收于大正藏第二十册。本经叙述佛在菩提道场时，应金刚手菩萨之请，宣说延寿妙门陀罗尼，且金刚手、大梵天王、四天王等亦一一随喜宣说延寿之真言。又本经之同本异译有善法方便陀罗尼经（译者佚名）、金刚秘密善门陀罗尼经（译者佚名）、护命法门神咒经（唐代菩提流志译）等，亦皆收于大正藏第二十册。
