一卷，东晋竺昙无兰译。经云：南无佛，南无法，南无比丘僧，南无舍利弗，大目犍连比丘，南无觉意名闻（舍卫国之译名）边北方犍陀摩诃延山，彼有虫名羞吼无，在某牙齿中止，今当遣使者无敢餐某牙及牙中牙根牙边，虫不即下器中，头破作七分，如鸠罗勒蚁梵天劝此咒，南无佛使我所咒皆从如愿。是为经之全文，而不说咒。
