全一卷。宋代施护译于太平兴国五年（980）之后。收于大正藏第二十一册。本经经题‘如意宝总持’为神咒之名。全经系阐明如意宝总持章句之受持法及其功德，并谓若受持此神咒而信心不清净或未能坚定专注，则不能见闻诸佛。然经中并未载明此一神咒。
