梵名Avalokites/vara -gun!a-ka^ran!d!a-vyu^ha ，西藏名Za-ma-tog-bkod-pa 。凡四卷。又称庄严宝王经。宋代天息灾译。今收于大正藏第二十册。内容叙说观自在菩萨之威力化现及六字大明陀罗尼‘唵（om!）么（ma）抳（n!i）钵讷铭（padme）吽（hu^m!）’之功德。现存之梵本系一八七三年出版于加尔各答。至于西藏译本，据传，西元四、五世纪顷，藏王曾自空中得此经，其后，派遣端美三菩提自尼波罗（今之尼泊尔）得梵本而携返，译成藏文。
